And just what exactly is a Mclaren police conversion?????

Probably the speedometer and that salvage title kills the price they are asking!

I would agree on the salvage title killing the price by a lot !! Still a nice car...

The speedo is just a re-calibrated stock unit with an overlay.

Probably not a bad car but it's not something special.

Here's what really makes the add a joke:

1. 145MPH Speedometer (which you can see in the pic of the odometer) - Standard GNs have a 85MPH dash and GNXs have Stewart Warner gauges that are circular. Only the police conversions come with the 145MPH dash

3. The 124MPH governor that is set in the EPROM was taken out of the police GNs allowing them to run in excess of 140MPH. This car of course does NOT have the 124MPH governor on it.
