Folks,
I recently installed a 87 repro grille in my 86 GN. Seems like I have a fit issue where the lower frt edge of the new grille meets to the top edge of the bumper face bar. I have a 3/4 inch gap where most other cars I see have very little or no gap. Nothing else has been changed--OE bumper, etc...Any ideas what the issue could be. The 86 grille fit well. I can post pics later today.

It goes to show you , we get excited when new repo parts come out , some think it drives down the prices of NOS, but when you go to use them , things like this happen . Hopefully you get it to fit to an acceptable level , or send it back and look for an NOS .
