1994 regal gs

Came across one today for sale in my area for $3500-ish/81,000 miles/good condition...was thinking it might make a good winter beater...can anyone tell me if this would be a car worth pursuing?, reliability wise etc...thanks

The guy working next to me has a 96 Regal GS. I'm thinking $3500 is a tad to much. I dont know. Maybe low miles are worth something. Dead nuts reliable. It has a few qwerks.Easy and cheap to fix them though. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it. I dont have a clue on what boards there are for them. Maybe do a google and see what bad things people have to say? You know nobody is going to be singing praises about them anyway.Is it a coupe or sedan? GS coupes are rare.

it's a coupe...3.8L...black with this kind of gawdy bright red interior...door handles midway up the window section like the barreta it;s at an auto broker nearby so i'm sure a few hundred dollars are tacked on to the price to pay for that. I find it bizarre that in 97 they dropped the coupe gs and went to a four door sedan family mobile, but added a supercharger...
