1997 chevy lumina help 3.1, no power

i bought a used 97 lumina, Sometime/mostime,1/2 of the time when taking off it seems to not want to get up to speed normally, if you jam it it goes,no lights, changed the tps and air idle control, no help, runs like it runs out of gas wont build rpm, put fuel psi guage on it has 60 with vac line off, any ideas, could pump be acting up sometimes?? 192+++, miles , yes as in 200k

sounds like a stoped up cat,esspecially if its the original one.unhook it from one side and take a test drive(its gonna be loud)and see if that helps.
