I have a 2 1/2" ATR stock appearing down pipe and was wondering if any of you could help me out. I've been trying for mounths to get this thing adjusted so it does touch anything, in particular where the passenger's side exhaust manifold meets the cross over pipe. I adjust thing only to have move back after a few miles of driving. It'll drive you nuts when it is idling. Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ryan

How is the exhaust mount down by the transmission? It sounds like the rest of the exhaust is pulling it down. The down pipe should only have to support its own weight. The cat/test pipe and the rest of the exhaust should be self supporting.

As far as I can tell that hanger is doing it's job. Is there any way to adjust that hanger? I thought about that before but didn't notice any way to adjust it. If you have any tips I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Ryan

Mark where it's rubbing...remove it and if you have a torch heat that area and use a ball peen hammer and tap the offending part until it clears. No torch....more elbow grease on the hammer.
