i recently bought an 87 gn,the tranny was supposedly just rebuilt and an aftermarket red stripe converter installed,anway the 1-2 shift was too firm to drive around with,so i looked at the tv cable and it was set wayyyy back,i put it back to stock and i like the way the 1-2 was but then the 2-3 was crap,i believe the term is flashing,it revs up in between the gears,3rd is there and holds once its applied but i just dont like the transition,i was trying to read the flow charts and it looks like the problem might be in the direct clutch,or could it be a servo or something else that dosent require total taredown,any help would be great thanksssss
