I have two 4.1's. One 291 block and one 484 block and rotating assm.
I just picked the 291 block up from the machine shop. It was hot tanked, shot peened, magged and the bores were checked. The bore is standard and pretty straight with only a slight ridge at the top. It might only need honed. If not it's a standard bore so there is plenty work with. Best offer or trade for a 109 block.
The 484 is a complete rotating assm with 2 dot turbo rods and and a turbo crank. A couple of the rod and mains are spun. I am taking it to the machine shop in the next week to have it all checked and cleaned, or I can sell it the way that it is if you like.
I will be attending the Nationals so I could bring them with me if someone wants either one.
