Got my ATR exhaust, 3" cross flow. unpacked it all and noticed that all the pipes were actually highly polished. I was like..great! My last one on my other car was not..cool, they musta changed it, looks great. As I'm unpacking it I notice one of the tail pipes is not polished.....Damn, this is gonna look stoooopid..one chrome shiny, the other really dull. Not having a buffing wheel, I take a piece of steel wool and have at it. Finish up with some rubbing compound. Still looks like night and day, pretty silly looking. So I call up ATR and they explain that it coulda been from different steel vendors and that it really wasn't polished..but more or less cleaned up. Whatever you wanna call it, it looks like night and day. Cheryl offered to send me a different polished pipe and just send mine back with the return label. A+ I've ordered a few things from ATR and never had a problem...just thought I'd share this
The other thing was when I got my turbo from PTE, the HD Actuator was missing..honest mistake. Said they would ship it right out. I had it in 2 days.
You see so many negative vendors posts, it's nice to know when some do good also!
