Well guys I have used others write up's so here is how I put in the Bailey Enginering 2-step.

First unplug the orange power wire under the hood.

Then remove the PCM from the passanger side footwell kickpanel.

Then identify the wire (B4) on the PCM. White wire next to a Black wire on the plug shown.

Cut the white wire and place a male spade connector on one end and a female on the other from the supplied connectors in the kit.

(Should you ever need to remove the 2step you can now plug the white wire back together)

Then run the signal harness to the kick panel.

First open the glovebox all the way by pushing the tab in on the side.
Then run the signal harness behind the glovebox making sure not to get it pinched when the glovebox closes.

Once the signal harness is in place crimp a spade terminal on the white and grey wires.

The white wire should have the opposite of the white wire (B4) GOING TO THE PCM!
the grey wire should have the opposite of the white wire (B4) GOING TO THE ENGINE!

Do not get these backwards!
See the pic

I tape up all the unused wires to make sure I have no "issues" later. (Green Tape)

Then button the PCM back up and put back into place.

Then I moved over to the power harness.
I am mounting the 2step-unit in the console so that is how this will be directing the install.
I had a unit with the pins backwards so I had removed the fuse adaptor and wired it in my way. The adaptor was not a problem and is a good unit. I found out how the wires are run and went with it.
The red wire is power from the fuse panel and the pink wire is power from the unit back to the ignition system.

Remove the two screws that hold the panel under the dash. Then the 10mm nut just to the side of the accelerator pedal. Remove the cover.
The run the power harness under the dash to the fuse panel area.
Crimp a ring terminal on the black wire and bolt it to the dash support for a ground.
then remove the CCI fuse and plug in the fuse adaptor. (not shown)
