Why don't they sell them anymore? I know there are strict emissions regulations but they still sell other 2 stroke lawn equipment just not mowers. I have been looking for a nice used older Lawn-Boy for a few months now and found one yesterday somewhat local. These things cut great! I take it the higher rpm's of a 2 stroke make for a better cut. I have had MANY mowers throughout the years and the 2 stroke Lawn-Boys are by far my favorite. Anyone else own one?

I have thought about getting one but never pulled the trigger. I've only had a few mowers and for the little ones I have had several craftsman ones that went a decade each. One we are still using, and one got the crank bent on a rock by one of my nieces.
I was considering a used Suzuki powered comercial one, but I haven't found a bargain on one yet.

I purchased a Craftsman Professional zero turn 5 years ago after my 2 cycle deck rusted through...this mower has been awesome. 6 speed rear wheel drive, key start or pull start, fires every time on 1st or second pull. It moves as fast as you can walk and cuts great.
I dont miss mixing gas/oil...
