200 r4 shifting to fast

When I put my car in od and drive it normal or hard its goes threw the gears to fast. Is in 4th before I hit 30. The only way it works is if I manually shift it

Either your T.V. cable is way out of adjustment or the torque converter lockup solenoid is stuck.

Iv adjust the tv cable and makes no difference..

Im not sure on the code I will check this weekend.. But I did notice the electrical plug on the trans is white and doesn't plug in rite

Ok then more than likely you have an off code 200r4 in it, like out of a standard Regal. These non performance trannies from cruiser cars will shift faster than a CZ or BR trannies whether your TV is adjusted properly or not.

What are the rpm's it shifts at?
