2000 miles on rebuild...wont shift right

I got my tranny rebuilt and beefed up a lot recently and then drove it from new york to arizona. The tranny shifted alright around town but as soon as I got on it a little it would slip. I played around w/ the T.V. cable and now its even worse. And now when I'm driving around it wont even build any boost. Does anyone know what this could be? Also, I have a dana 60 rear w/ 3.73's and its howling...Is this a norm w/ the dana rear or should I get it checked out?

I adjusted the TV cable today and now its alot better. The shifts just cruising around are nice and hard but when I get on it, its shifting light but not slipping. I'll stick w/ this setting til I can bring it somewhere I think.
