Why does it spit fluid when i overdrive it on the highway, nothing is leaking around the pan or anythingThe unit is completly sealed up ,where is it coming from,my only guess would be the blow hole in the top.The fluid level is proper too. Man the smoke this thing produces when the fluid hits the exhaust pipe is extremly annoying and stinky. When i do not push it is fine. This just started happening any input would be apreciated.

I HAVE seen this on two different cars, and in both cases it was a cracked tv cable. Every time i would hit the gas pedal, the tv cable would bend out of shape and piss fluid. hth

The converter clutch solenoid is not locking up and the trans is getting hot and spitting out the vent. Straight to the exhaust piping and then you see the smoke. What ever the reason, it is getting hot and puking out fluid. I just went thru this 3 weeks ago and the whole bottom of the car is covered in fluid yet the level is perfect. Doesn't take much to make a mess with trans fluid.
