2004r forward clutches

What is recommended for a 10-12 second quarter mile street car? Just alto reds or are borg Warners ok with factory steel plates

forward clutches are a static clutch, meaning they dont apply during a gear change. Any clutch will work. If they burn, it wont be the clutches' fault.

Plain tan paper clutches are fine.If the car is a non lock up with a super high stall converter I would prefer to see some type of radial or face grooving to the clutch plates to take heat away from the surrounding area of the clutch pack.

Are grooved clutches available or is this a modification that we have to do ourselves?
