2004r troubles

I have a new 2004r less than 300 miles which I bought from gearstar. It will not shift without letting off the gas and shifts hard in all gears. Did a pres. test and the pres. is 160psi all the time. no difference with or without the tv cable. pulled the pan and can not find any valves stuck as was suspected. Any ideas on this one it is a stage two. thanks Eric

Sound like the TV ball is seated. I would think the pressure would be a little higher. unhook the TV cable and start car see if the pressure drops
