Ugly POS...

Let's take a $38k Camaro and ship it off to a company Paying (probably) $10-$15k to do ...that to it. And at the end of the day, guess what, fellas? It's still a Camaro.. I met Kevin Morgan at the '07 'Nats. He told me that he took the "concept" to GM and they supposedly said they liked it, but didn't see a future for the car. Then he said they offered him a job in design/engineering, but he turned it down because he was only interested in getting this "Trans Am" made..what a dork.

By the way, isn't that car considered copyright infringment?

Wow... That was a pretty bone-headed move.

I'm not sure, but I think GM is supporting the company building these. I read somewhere that they gave Trans Am Depot the CAD drawings of the Camaro.

I'd drive it.. It looks similar to the Camaro, like they always have, and I like those as well..

I'd take one, and make it my DD.

blahh..

Wow... That was a pretty bone-headed move.

I know, right? I even told him that, basically. I mean he would've been IN, rubbing shoulders with the people that really matter instead of gathering enthusiam from "enthusiats" and selling computer aided drawings for $15 a pop...thus, eventually leading to this turd. Honestly, I liked his idea for a retro '69 TA, using this new Camaro body. At least that made SOME sense..

This would be like someone taking a '69 Camaro and adding a '77 T/A shaker hood, hood bird, the '77 front nose (but kept the '69 Camaro lights behind it) snowflake wheels and then grafted '70-'73 Firebird tailights into the rear valance 30 years ago.. I'm pretty sure that guy would've got laughed out of every car show he took that thing too..
