Doesn't look too terribly busted up. The intercooler took a little tweek but not bad.

Mine was one of the first ones off the line and I am not getting close to advertised MPG,better than my 5.4 . dealer is going to look at it again soon. Have had it since feb 2011 and only have 14000 miles on it 3 year lease with 15000 a year,I better start driving it soon to get moneys worth out of it. It does run like a rich pig. if I baby it a while then get on it ,will blow black crap out the exhaust like a diesel

Mine is also a FX4 with max towing package.and just checked my trip A and haven't reset it in a while it reads 14.4mpg and trip B I reset before a trip and reads 14.0I have a 2011 F150 Ec0Boost with 36K on the clock and no issues so far. It's been a good truck so far. It's a FX4 average MPG is 18.
My lifetime average is 15.4 with 34.5" mud terrains and mostly in town driving and frequent boosting. . I'm happy with that.Mine is also a FX4 with max towing package.and just checked my trip A and haven't reset it in a while it reads 14.4mpg and trip B I reset before a trip and reads 14.0
Other then not getting the mileage I think it should be getting, it is a great truck
These are the EBs running 13's on one of the F150forums that I'm on. Alky kits are coming soon.Livernois motorsports has a lot of videos on youtube about the ecoboost tuning. saw one truck running 13's
2015 and the ecoboost is pretty much flawless and beating every V8's ass.Ford never had any luck with new engines for starters. They always wind up changing it over the years to hide the flaws from working in the real world and not on their controlled test tracks. I'd rather have the balls of a V8 GM under my foot that gets the same fuel economy as the Ecoboost no less!! If your going to tow with it your most likely going to have to run premium fuel and your going to be under boost all the time working the crap and heat soaking that little 6cyl to death. So I don't see any savings here. People think 6cyl and they think they are going to save 20 bucks every fill up and it's just not true with this truck. We all know what happens with our cars under boost and heat soaking them!! Here are some real numbers.

I looked at a few of them at my local dealer. Not impressed with that fuel mileage for their truck that is going to change the future. ONE MPG better then the GM v8. Really? That's sad. Plus the sticker on the ones I was looking at was over 43K. But then again I owned 2 new and 2 used Ford trucks over the years and all 4 were a pile of $hit!![]()
