Howdy from Bend Oregon...
I've got myself into a project that I'm having troubles with...
I'm looking for a flywheel for an (I think) 80-81 231 evenfire that I am swapping into a jeep project.
I ordered a Luk LFW131 flywheel for a 79 Century 231 but it does not fit. The holes on the flywheel are equally spaced while the holes on the crank flange are offset.
On the flywheel I have, the holes are 1.935" center to center.
The crank is 1.75" spacing between five of the holes with the remaining two spaces at 1.9205" and 1.649".
The crank casting is an 877.
I've called around to all of my local parts houses and they have no idea and cannot get the flywheel.
Any thoughts ideas or recommendations?
