231 ci rear main seal viton

I would like to know if any of the engine builders has come across a 2 piece rubber seal made of viton for our turbo buicks 109 blocks

Viton or neoprene? Felpro makes a replacement neoprene two piece seal for the Buick V6. Don't use the included side seals and instead inject "The Right Stuff" silicone instead. Lots and lots of posts on the proper way to install them. Use the search function.

My research indicates viton will take more abuse and heat

It probably will, however there's not alot of heat at the rear main. I've never had an issue with that.
