If anyone has this setup, I would appreciate a picture of how it looks/sits. Having my stock GN wheels widened to 8", and the 275's are next. The 235's just can't hang with the new turbo...
Thanks.

Here you go sir.

That just might work for me

Are the rears 8"?
If so, what is the backspacing?

TIA.

Good deal

With the 8" wheel, and the correct backspacing, should be just right...

Did you replace springs on that car?
I finally figured out why, even with new shocks the back, the rear end kept bottoming out. 22 year old springs.

To be completely honest, I don't know if the front or rear springs in my car are the originals.

Same here but no current pics...just look up his car looks just like mine:biggrin:

I'd better check the pole barn.

when I had my wheels widened, I had the shop widen them exactly 1", to the outboard direction.

This means that the backspacing was not changed from stock.

Backspacing

Jim at Tru Design said 4.1" backspacing is the correct choice for the tires I plan to use. They should be back next week.
