25524140 Block vs 109

Looks to me the only difference is slightly taller deck height, area around cam. If the block is otherwise good any reason I should get a 109?

There's very little difference in the blocks from 78 to later ones other than the deck height and the 109 blocks move the main galley slightly. The closed in section where the lifters are doesn't make it stronger either even though some might say so.
