25K$ GN in Oregon

Car parked along highway in Hillsboro labeled "88GN - 25K". Very average looking car - not even close to mint. At first I thought I was missing something that caused the high price tag but since it is labeled 88GN I am guessing maybe the owner just doesent know better....anyone know who's car it is?

Hell Gary, I have a 30K dollar GN sitting my garage I just need to find a buyer! LOL

That would be interesting if it's titled as an '88. We all know that GM was still delivering these cars to the dealers in '88 as '87's
