That depends. Air fuel ratio, timing, and amount of alcohol play a role in knock resistance.
If your at proper air fuel.. typically adding more alky volume will take car of knock. Denatured is not the best fuel for racing, methanol is. And once you start getting greedy with the tuneup.. you need a higher volume of methanol to quell the knock. If the car is leaning out bad.. no amount of methanol will cure the knock. That is why I said proper air fuel.
Now the older kits it was not suggested to run methanol. You may want to contact Steve at SMC for clarification of what fluid you can run on your particular kit.
Boost is a restiction. Becuase someone runs 30 PSI boost doesnt make them fast.. but an engine that flows really well will benefit from a larger turbo..
3800 is a huge converter, te67 is a large turbo.. I dont see supporting mods(heads, roller cam, girdle, rods) to support the turbo and converter.
