Thanks gnbooster for posting pics,As for 278cikiller you have no excuse or reason not to answer now! 278cikiller you drag me along for 3 weeks and then give me a day to send pics. I do not believe you when you said you would take care of this!

278cikiller contacted me via telephone today. He told me he would send out the cable and partial refund out on 9-25-08 thursday.I should recieve it next week. I will post outcome.

From the looks of the pics its pretty obvious that UPS probley stacked a ton of crap on top of it and compressed it till it broke. They should be paying you for it.

I see is as improperly packed,Its not secret that UPS is not gentle with items.This should always be taken into consideration

All I am saying guys is it looks to me like 278cikiller sent him out a nice console and they smashed it on the way. From some of the posts its like 278cikiller sent him junk to start with and that is not the way it looks to me! It just became a mess because they squashed it. Cut the guy some slack, he is making it right and he could have been like, screw you, I sent it out nice , they messed it up, take it up with them !!! He is being a stand up guy and making it right even though they damaged it. Maybe he didn't pack it bomb proof but they will tear up ANYTHING sometimes lol. Daniel

Not really,When something goes bad in shipping the shipper has to make the claim,Not the reciever.
I agree though,I dont think he sent it out that way.

Hey BIG thanks guys its to bad that kind of stuff happens i dont sell junk i sent him the cable and $100.00 out of my own pockit the part belong to some one else they walk away with $190.00 iam the middle man that got the shaft i dont like people like the TOOL on my case .Like i said i was good for it thanks again guys for giving me credit.
