2bar map vs 3bar on Razors kit (Julio)

The reason I am asking this , I have a 2 bar already. Do I really need the 3 bar for the kit to run right?

2 bar reads to 15 psi , 3 bar to 30psi (approx)

for razors youll be able to run some high boost and the pac controller should have the 3 bar map

That makes sense. I am getting a diy alky kit in a few days. At least down the road I can upgrade.
