Valueable info for those looking for the 3 1/2" Sams DP
Does NOT Clear the ATR Headers without banging.
Does NOT clear the Passenger Frame without banging.

Save yourself the headache and try Dan's DP..

Mine cleared fine. I've got stock headers.

pipes. We have plenty of 3.5 's . Our first shipment of 5" to 4" units are also
in ready for shipment. Pictures are on our web site .

Any prices? I assume the 5"-4" are for the RJC style elbow?

We have an adaptor that is supplied with the pipe . The 5" to 4" unit is
629.95 complete.

No the 3.5 pipe does not fit the ATR headers , there is a location problem
with the turbo flange.

Well
I am alos looking for a 3.5" Dp that will clear the ATR Headers.
The Sam Balls just wen to the gutter. Had to bend them so much that it look like a straw..$300.00 down the Tubes.
Anybody that has a NONE CHINA Crap DP for sale...:redface:

Mine fits fine. Annoyed about not getting the cap for the dump pipe but still the best bang for your buck. Check your motor mounts etc before saying a product is garbage.

My Dp does not look like yours. mine must of been made in Africa or something.

Don't slam a part that doesn't fit something that it wasn't designed to. If
you were misled , I can only say I'm sorry you were lied to. The pipe was
never intended to fit ATR .

I will make my own. This way it will fit.

never paid for any of the product that he sold .They felt they have already
be more than fair as there has been a no questions asked replacement policy.
This only pertained to pipes that are unused or damaged by a forced install-
ation. Of the over 100 units out there,only 1 part to our knowledge that
was improperly built.

Sounds like you are saying that I don't know how ti install a DP...Hmm
30 years experience and I screwed up on a DP..interesting.

That's not how I read it. I read it that BA got screwed by Samballs, as well as you did, so take it up with Samballs he has your $$$. I'm quite sure China, Japan, Africa or not Dan and BA would have given you a replacement pipe if you didn't hack the pipe up (this goes for other future buyers). Don't implicate Dan and BA when Samballs was the core of your problems.

I have heard a lot of people saying this pipe doesn't fit... I have a few of them, for testing purposes only... Anyway the pipe does fit, don't know about which headers they fit with, stock is what we worked with at first... The pipe has to be bent some before fitting.

In less than an hour one of my guys (not a TR guru) put the pipe on and we saw it was hitting. Called Bweavy and he told me to put a trans jack under the pipe with a block of wood on it and let the car down slowly so the pipe bends. It fits NOW, with a tiny bit ofl clearance on the top and bottom. Looks great, look at the pictures of our 1 3/4" headers, that is the same pipe installed. So it works with our headers too:biggrin:

Alot of things were promised by the old vendor. He is no longer a vendor either:wink:

So I guess I mis-read the subjest. I managed to get back my ATR DP I had sold to a friend who was more than happy to give it back. It is really to bad that ATR is gone. No BS with their Products I tell ya...
