If you're talking about the Terry Houtons, then it may be awhile. I've heard he is having legal problems.

We shipped 3 last week and are expecting more soon. It is well known that Terry is in jail, so yes he is having legal problems, but that has been going on for a couple years now. His wife is and has been running the business and doing a fine job. They recently made some changes and replaced their fabricator. It has taken them a while to get back up to speed. That combined with the death of ATR has created large demand at the wrong time. They are getting caught up now and we have a large number of units on order with them. She has asked me to pass along her apoligies and let you know that they are working hard to fix this problem. We are taking orders and filling them as they show up. We will not charge your card until the day the unit is actually shipped.

I just would like to state that I didn't meen anything buy what I said. This is what I was told by a couple vendors when looking for a DP for my dad's car. I didn't know that I was the only one in the dark about this. I'm sorry to anyone that was offended by my statement.

Thanks for that, It is pretty common knowledge. I was just trying to make the situation clear that the company is not closed or going anywhere in the near future. I also wanted to help clarify the reason for the current downpipe shortage and what is being done to correct it
