It's funny, no one cares about cutting up GN's on here...

Uh, I wouldn't quite go that far!
It's funny, no one cares about cutting up GN's on here, but don't cut up a Cosworth vega? Personally I wouldn't either, but I wouldn't to a GN either. That's what Regals are for.![]()
Well, Cosworth Vega's are ALOT more rare than GN's/TR's are, now aren't they!!![]()
Be careful of which V8 Vegas you try to pick on.
I also would think twice about cutting up an original Cosworth!!
Well,
I picked up an 85 hot air motor today in good shape. I know... I wish it was an 86-87 but i bought it right and theres no room for an intercooler anyway. I need the room for an A/C condensor. I'm not trying to make 300+ HP. If it makes 250 hp in a 2600 pound vega it will do my daughter just fine. ( I hope... ) It has the coil pack and module but no wiring or ECM. Whats the easiest (and cheapest) way to get this motor running. A stock harness and ECM? thanks for your help. Steve
