3 bolt to 4 bolt adapter

Hi,

Im looking for opinions on using a 3bolt to 4 bolt adapter instead of changing headers.I have a good set of headers already.the one i have seen doesnt look restrictive.maybe some real world experiences would help.

Won't using an adapter change the position of the turbo and everything attached to it? MAF pipe, downpipe, intercooler pipe inlet, oil feed line and turbo drain??? Can't you just get a 4 bolt flange and replace the existing one?

I have use one a few years ago, it moves your turbo up 3/8 of a inch on stock headers, it work good. I do have one for sale if intresed let me know .

ok.my next question is how did it perform?when you switched to 4 bolt headers did you see a difference either way?

I went from a TE60-1 to a TE45A it was a big difference.
