3" downpipe ex gate turbonetic turbo 60? and more

downpipe 3" with deltagate top half is ss steel, lower section is steel i have pics 250 shipped not sure what brand not show quaility, turbonetics Turbo i was told its a 60 but not sure the exhaust wheel measures 1.980 x 2.300 the intake wheel measures 2.280 x 2.730 anyone know turbos can chime in, 63 exhaust 2.3/4 in 2 inch out, i bought this with a few parts looks clean little shaft play selling as is 300 shipped, i have pics send me you email and i will send you pics, the downpipe is still on car will remove next weekend also 7 quarts of trickflow syn trans fluid make offer, OBO on parts I ALSO HAVE HOSES COUPLER 2 TO 2 1/2 BLUE 15.00 SHIPPED , 2 X 2 1/2 BLACK WITH T CLAMPS 20.00 SHIPPED, 2 1/2 X 3 BLUE 15.00 SHIPPED

Does the Downpipe have a dump pipe with it? Or a Test pipe?
