30 psi turbos

What turbos pull hard to 30 psi given the right combo? Would a PTE-54?

How much boost a turbo can generate efficiently is a function of the combo......a PT-54 can blow 30 lbs into stock heads, but maybe only 20 into well ported alums

boost is nothing more than resistance to flow....the trick is to match the turbo to everything else in the combo
(heads, exhaust, cam, etc etc)
