32' ATC gooseneck trailer. If you don't know the ATC name please look it up. This is the king of enclosed aluminum custom built trailers. This is a 2013 32' enclosed trailer I had custom built. I tried to future proof it as best as possible. No expense was spared, if I thought it would benefit me I bought it.
16,800 lbs GVWR, Torsion Dexter axles, "Drop skirt" option (aesthetic)
Dual perimeter frame
Built with a tapered nose to allow being pulled with a 6'6" bed
ALL ALUMINUM. Everything. The frame, the sheet metal, etc. Only steel is the coupler and the dual landing gear.
Fully finished interior with all wiring and air lines hidden in walls.
6 - interior 4' T8 fluorescent lights. Plenty of light.
5- 12V dome lights for quick light without shore power or generator on.
Many extra 120V circuits
5500w Onan Commercial 240V generator with remote start and 26 gallon in-frame fuel tank. (just serviced)
Framed & Wired for A/C unit (no-unit installed)
Automatic transfer switch, 50 amp shore power receptacle and cord
All exterior lights are LED except the floods,
Dual LED Stop & Turn lights
LED reverse lights on rear, xenon reverse lights pointed back on angles to show what your mirrors can see
2 - exterior 500W halogen flood lights
Galvanized E-Track recessed into floor, and 2 levels on each wall.
Aluminum cabinets
20 Gallon Ingersoll Rand compressor mounted in bulkhead accessed from front hatch under gooseneck
240V receptacle currently hooked to a 20A circuit, but was wired with 10AWG wire so 30A is possible
Generator compartment was built to house a 10KW diesel genset so an "upgrade" in future is possible
Spare tire well recessed into the floor comes with spare.
This trailer pulls like a dream. Smooth as silk. I personally pulled with a 3/4 ton Duramax diesel. 70mph cruise control on, stable as can be. Great brakes. LED lights are bright. I got comments on this trailer everywhere I went. If you have any specific questions please text me. Also text specific picture requests. I have blueprints available upon request. This was custom built for me by ATC and I am the only owner.
