Ok Just for Kicks,

I realize this is way overstall. But how would a Vigalani 3200 work with my TE 32? I have the converter stitting on the shelf and just thought it might be fun to try it.

I also have a 2800 stall D5 from years back, but to tell you the truth the 32 never seemed to spool that quick with that converter back then. This could of been from lack of tune also?

I have a Pat's 3000-3200 stall with an older Turbonetics Cheetah Stg 3 turbo and let me tell you....it spools QUICK. It almost spools up too fast, if that's possible. I can kick it from a 45-50 roll and it buids boost before the trans even has a chance to downshift....lol. Poking around town is kind of amusing though....boost comes in right NOW, so have to watch how much throttle I give it. I'm about ready to put the GT6152S on the car, just to get a little lag....lol. I haven't tried driving it in the rain yet....that would be asking for trouble...

sounds fun

Well that is kind of what I was thinking.
A while back I had a PT51 go bad on me so I slapped my 32 on for fun, man is spooled right now. This was on another car.

The car I want to do this to is just stock with bolt on's + injectors. It is just going to be a stop light to stop light car.

TE 32 is a good turbo for a stock converter and stock motor. Mid 11s if set up right.

Yes your right. This turbo is one the 1st things I did when i started getting into GN's in the early 90's. I got it from Bowling Green customs back in the day. As I wanted to go faster it ended up on the shelf. It always seemed to have a little lag, but I am sure that was from lack of tuning and who knows what else. Back then I just slapped stuff on and hopped for the best, lack of Knowledge on my part. I did go 12.3's at 109 with this turbo on a 1.78 60' in 93. This was with bolt ons and blue tops.

I have a vigalanti 3200 as I mentioned and just thought what the heck why not try it? This is on a low buck turbo T build up I am doing just for a fun cheap project.

Thanks,

Dennis

My buddies car got a best of a 1.59 60' on a stock motor and stock conv on DRs, He went to ET streets and a vigilante and went the same or slower.
