3400 stall and stock turbo

i just got my art carr 3400 stall lockup i won on ebay my question is would it be wise to install this with my stock turbo, or is this just too much stall for the stocker. im saving up for a te 61 i just want to get the stall out the way thanks.

I'd do it...The only thing I would worry about is whether of not the converter will be to loose for the stock cam/heads.

You can do it, but you will fry the tires instantly and it wont be fun at all to drive. I have stock turbo w/ 2800 stall and it just fries the tires through 3rd gear. Very dangerous if you ask me. Lag is good for the street. I have cheater slicks(26x11.5x16) that lite up at 30mph w/49 turbo.

If your going to race.... Go for it. try to beat that 11.37 run.
