can I run a lower stall with a 4.1

It all depends on your combo bud . If you are runing a massive turbo then no . But if u had a 6765 or a 6262 then a 3200-3400 stall would put you right in the sweet spot with a 4.1

The motor will make more torque at lower RPM, so most of the time a lower stall converter can work. This answer is if you take a 3.8 and install a 4.1 with all parts from that 3.8L. Camshaft, heads, turbo, ect.

Most end up installing camshafts and over turbo the engine so they end up needing a higher stall converter
