4 bolt cat back flange

Anyone know where to get one of these that adapts the outlet of the Catalytic converter to the cat back system?

It has 4 bolt holes and the center has 2 bolt holes where the catback flange attaches.

Not sure about that specific type of flange you're referring too, but I do know that Jason at RJC makes the 4-bolt cat back flange. I just picked one up recently from him myself to do the very same thing. Flange worked great.
