As of now my turbo has a E cover on it which is a 3 inch inlet 2 inch outlet, my question is will a 4 or even a 3.5 inch inlet fit without angling the iac or even raising the dog house. With my 3 inch inlet my piping rub on the iac connector now. What have you guys done in the past to get it to fit ? If it makes a difference i am running stock headers.

When i bought my turbo with the 4'' inlet S cover and installed it,i didn't have to do anything to the IAC valve to make the 4'' ID inlet pipe/tube fit. As for the dog house i already had the RJC power plate installed which may have given me a little extra height, and i run Kenne Bell headers not sure if they made a difference in the installation though. For my installation i just installed an angled 4'' ID rubber coupling on the turbo inlet, a 4'' ID polished aluminum straight pipe/tube 24'' long and put a 4'' ID x 8'' long Spectre filter on the end of it. I don't use a maf sensor, but i had to drill a hole in the inlet pipe/tube for the IAT sensor to screw into. Hope this may help you in some way.

in your situation to go to a 4" seeing as how a 3" is already close and 4 " would push another 1/2 into the iac , an angle adapter is a clean fix.. just do it

have never done it but suppose you could put a dimple in the inlet pipe
