4340 crankshaft-external balanced

Does anyone know if eagle ,scat or any other crank manufacturers are going to make a 4340 external balanced crankshaft?This would eliminate having to buy balancer and flexplate.also possibly have crankshaft price around $250.00 range.

Just have your balancer and flexplate neutral balanced and this will eliminate the need.

Weber's does the stock balancer for $150 & my local guy priced the flywheel at $40. I'm sure many local balancing guys can & will do the flywhell pretty cheap but I'd find someone that knows their stuff to do the balancer.
