5.0 swapped 2nd gen RX7

Local kid just bought it. Open headers and big cam with 5 speed. He did break his shifter when he missed 3rd but he was so far back I didn't hear him miss it. Just left him at the line and even pedaled at top of 1st due to a lil tire spin. I thought it would scoot pretty good, I was wrong. Pretty cool kid, said he knew I was gonna beat him, he just wanted to run me lol

Update, RX7 bought MT drag radials and ran my friends 91 GT. It's my old mustang, balanced/girdled/shot peened rods/stk cam, stock heads ported by me. Equal length shorty headers and x pipe, T5 and 3.27 gears. Put the RX7 down 5 in the 1/8th lol. The RX7 asked my friend if he wanted him to spot his stang 3 or 4 lol
