The outlet of the 67 was hitting the inlet of my SLIC. I had to modify the SLIC inlet slightly with a sawzall. And used a step down coupler, works fine now. Just play with it a bit before you start cutting, your car may be different.

The PTE Stock Location IC inlet neck will have to be modified in order for a PT67 H cover equipped turbo to properly align and be installed. I do believe 87NAT has successfully done this to his combo. It will require that you cut the neck on the intercooler. The problem is the H cover's disharge actually hits the inlet of the intercooler and is slightly off set, aka not perfectly centered. I myself was going to run the stock location until this was discovered early last year.

I've said this before, when PTE first designed the Stock Location Intercooler, it was designed for applications that would be under 700 flywheel hp and have either an E compressor cover equipped turbo, or at the largest a TO4S compressor cover equipped turbo. Now a PT6776H or PT6776RH turbo is rated to support roughly 780-790 flywheel hp. The E cover and S cover versions of this turbo will work, but you will need to make modifications to the IC inlet to make an H cover fit. IE: Removing some material / cutting.

Depending on how close the inlet neck is in relation to the turbos' discharge will determine which aftermarket stock location intercoolers will work or won't work. But the PTE SL IC will have to be modified. Not all stock location intercoolers are created equal and IMHO, the PTE stock location IC is the bench mark that all others are judged by.
