It wont? I wouldnt take this advise. You will have problems if you are not careful. Id go to .110 right away and copy the earlier thread on the 6262 on ideas about how to do it. Its an issue with almost every install if where engine revs higher than 4800rpm and the exhaust backpressure has been minimized. I havent installed one turbo in the last 10 years on any car that didnt need some type of hole enlargement for the wastegate. No one has made more power with a billet wheel yet anyway so we cant even speculate on that. I bet it will make more but not the way most of the guys on here are running them. It will have to be run really hard to make a noticeable difference. Also it should be noted that the billet part of the turbo is the compressor wheel. Not the exhaust side which is the side to be concerned with when you have a boost creep problem. Billet compressor or not the exhaust wheels are the same. So they all could have the same problem from a sloppy novice install.
