Can I order a NON BB 6776 with a 3" in and 2" out? If so, what stall speed convertor compliments this turbo?

On the product list at Precision's website I don't see a standard bearing 6776 without the "boosted" option which I think is a bigger turbo inlet bell that won't fit on a Buick. But I see no reason that you couldn't order one with a standard inlet bell. Any of the Buick vendors should be able to help you out. Hartline Performance is offering discounts on turbos through the end of the year. The turbo you want would be known as "6776E" minus the "boosted" option.

3200-3400 stall is about what you want with the BB version so you'll want even more than that with the standard journal bearing.

mine just came today...a Precision GT6776e from Full Throttle...3" inlet and 2" out. I'll be running a TCS billet 9/11 3500 stall converter. I picked this base on Mike's recomendation...since I already had the converter he said to go with the standard journal and that I will have plenty of stall to spoll the turbo real quick. He said the BB version really likes a 3200 stall converter...saved me about $400 bucks
