if anyone has a good running 3.8 in the northern ohio area i am interested. i have a very clean 81 regal with a bad motor that i dont want to waste one of my v-8s on.

Let me know if you would want to drive to eastern PA to pick-up. I have a 78 Century Coupe w/about 60k. 3.8 last ran about a year ago but ran good. Could use cleaning and new gaskets for oil leaks (valve covers, oil pan?). It is still in the car. John

I just picked up a 48,000 mile 3.8 out of a 1980 monza, complete oil pan to air cleaner. He removed it to put a SBC in the car. It has the High volume oil pump kit installed already. I am in Belleville MI about 20 miles north of Toledo just off I-275. Let me know if interested.

$400.00 for the complete set up, it was a manual, so you will have to reuse your flexplate as yours is probrobly an automatic, or I may have an extra flex plate to go on it.
And when I say complete he removed it including all the emission & exaust parts back to the tail pipe, it is the most complete removed engine I have ever seen. I can e-mail you pic's if interested.

i have one in northern indiana, also was a stick, headers, factory buick motorsports aluminum 4 barrell intake,no carb but complete otherwise.$400.00 and would be willing to meet 1/2 way --tim

Just to let everyone know, the engine I offered is no longer available as I just bought a 83 cutlas wagon for a daily driver, and it needs the engine.
