It really depends on which one, which housings and what actuator if any. There is so many combos that no one can stock them all including PTE. If parts are available for what you want a few days is the norm.

Is the PT6057 rated higher hp than the GT6131? Is it standard journal or bb? What 0 lb stall is recommended?

There's so many turbos out there now I wish someone would update the chart on gnttype.org

We are in the process of making a new chart for our site, technology is changing so fast it is hard to keep up. The 60 billet compressor will move more ait than your 61 and the 57 turbine is bigger than your t31 wheel. Overall the assembly is lighter so it will spoolo faster and move more air to make more power. The stock converter seems pretty good with this turbo.
