84-85 ECM in 86 - 87

[turbo nasty]

I picked a ECM from a 84 or 85 t type(free parts car) it still has the factory chip and is all intact in exc shape.

Will the ECM work in an 86- 87??

I even scooped up the digital dash(free), did not know at the time that the whole dash wire harness is digital dash specific. Either way cannot argue for free.

The 84/85 ECM will not work with 86/87 Cars...The Main Chip is different as well. However the Calpak (Smaller chip) may work for the 86/87 cars.
