#22,#23,#24... I think they might be something for the power master brakes or something. Just because it is so close to the area. And #5 are the fuel pump relays i think. I thought #10 was for the oil pressure sensor on the front of the oil pump?

You are correct. 10 is Oil Pressure sensor. :frown:
22-24 - You are most likely correct as well. :frown: (I have hydroboost, so, not sure)

Should i be loooking for any wire or plug for the knock sensor?
I believe the wire is blue, but, with my current track record on this thread, who knows. ;)

Seriously . . .
I also thought about the cam and crank sensor connectors, and did not see those listed.
The "real" expert on this is probably John Spina from Caspers.

jerryl is correct

30 and 31 are joined together and go to the knock sensor and 4 wire tranny connector

Now when i go to wire this harness up. I am gonna run vacuum brakes...if i dont hook anything up to the powermaster connectors will i be throwing codes..and canister sensor as well?

I dunno...

If your car had powermaster brakes from the factory, the brake light may come on on the dash but there will be thrown for the brakes.

My dad's designer series 85 has wiring for the powermaster brakes but has hydroboost.

The evap can probably gets monitored for operation by the ecm so there may be a code related to that that will be thrown.

You will not have a brake light. I converted my 85 from PM to HB, and just taped the two PM harnesses up, and stuffed them under the wiper motor. No light. ---Keith
