84 GN for $102

i dont know to much about hot air cars, but isnt that the incorrect interior? i thought they had lether in the middle and gray cloth on the sides? it looks like to me it has a front mount but mounted crooked... and the guy says this:

I BOUGHT IT FOR A TOY. I ALWAYS WANTED ONE BUT NOW I HAVE 2 MUSTANGS AND A LIGHTNING AND WANT A CUSTOM BIKE SO I AM SELLING OFF SOME OF THE TOYS. MY MUSTANGS ARE MORE FUN ANYWAY!

Hey I'm the high bidder now. Who cares if it's mismatched, could always use it for parts.

I'll take the wheels;) :D

GN on Ebay

What does the VIN say-- seventh digit--- (A) I thought that was a 9 in 84 and its a A. 231 NA. It might be a clone.
Just my thoughts. I may be wrong but I don't know.
The parts alone would say buy it.

the car has a hotair engine w/ the spearco FMIC....from an 87 it has the grille, front air dam and interior and obviously the gnx vents/look-a-like wheels. I would definatly pay $1500 for that at least....the FMIC is $1200 alone....not to mention money for everything else....I'd say there is at least $3500 in the car if you part it out...

I'll tell you what tho....whoever does buy that car send me an email b/c i will take that intercooler off your hands right away :) i got first dibs!!! They arent very desirable b/c of all that damn plumbing but if the price is right I'll take it home!

the shifter handle looks carbon fiber too....never seen one of them before...looks pretty good....unless its just painted black and looks CF from afar:rolleyes:

I also got dibs on the headlight switch....mine is kinds dull:cool:
I could also use the steering wheel for my cutlass.....

hey if anyone on here does buy the car and part it out you know where to go first for selling stuff fireberd350@comcast.net

The interior looks like it was stolen out of an 87 GN minus the carpet. The spearco IC setup will go easy 11s as I did 110.3mph on it on pumpgas. The correct VIN number is 9.

only what 3 days later? and its up to 8,001..

not to bad for a car that they orgionally wanted $102.

the Leir Seiger interior was an option in '84...the regular interior was standard...:)

WE DID UNHOOK THE WASTGATE TO SEE HOW IT WAS AND I GOT OUT OF IT AT LIKE 20 # OF BOOS

Thats nice to hear

ALL 84 GN's came w/ the Lear Seigler interior...im almost positive you couldn't option it in a t-type and im not sure how it worked in the 82 GN either

this guy just swapped to an 85+ interior b/c the original leathers were probably shot and looked bad...just my guess tho

how about this car fax
