84 turbo oil trail

My 1984 Regal turbo spits oil out the dipstick tube after a drive - Has new pcv valve, port in lower intake is not restricted, breather is open, has good vacuum supply and otherwise runs perfectly. What the hell?

It means ti's most likely time to tear the engine down. I've only seen this once and it was because the rings were damaged and pressure bypassed the piston completely.
