84 wiring problem

Hi I have a 84 and someone stole the coil pack and in doing so they cut the harness and I have everthing I need to fix it but the guy I had wire I I thing he mess it up it was turning over before when you bumped the switch not its not doing anything do you think he fried my ecm and what are fusible links and where are they locked?

Most of the GM cars I have worked on had a fuse-able link, are right at the starter solinoid, you should be able to see it when you look at the starter wires.
