86-87 bad/junk front cover for parts

I'm looking for a bad front cover someone might still have lying around. I'm looking for the plate and bolts pictured. My cover is good but im missing the plate and bolts. Anyone still have a bad front cover around with these parts?

here are some aftermarket fuel pump block off plates.could get bolts at the hardware store.

block offs you can usually pick up at your local speed shop they are a common item.
